1. Account & Eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

2. Product Information & Pricing
We strive for accuracy, but occasionally errors in pricing or product descriptions may occur. Glow Promise reserves the right to cancel orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

3. Order Acceptance
Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons (e.g., out of stock, technical errors).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. You may be asked to provide additional verifications (such as confirming your address via phone call) before we accept the order.

4. Payment Terms
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure online payment methods.

For COD orders, payment must be made to the courier agent in full before the package is opened.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and product names (such as Peptide Glow BB Cream), is the property of Glow Promise and is protected by Pakistan’s copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability
Glow Promise shall not be liable for any skin reactions or allergies. We highly recommend a patch test before full application, as individual skin types react differently to cosmetic ingredients.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your registered city of business.

8. Changes to Terms
Glow Promise reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
